"There’s nothing in the world more powerful than a good story. Nothing can stop it. No enemy can defeat it.” — George R.R. Martin
Are you exploring or doubting Christianity? If so, you are invited to participate in this five-week course.
Each evening is a mixture of discussion, hearing aspects of one another's stories, a short-talk on the topic of the evening, and an opportunity to look at the historical Jesus and how he helps us make sense of these questions. All this takes place in a relaxed environment, with great food and good company!
WHEN: Tuesdays on November 11 through December 9 from 7-9 p.m.
- Dinner will be provided every week
WHERE: Redeemer Downtown office (1500 Broadway, Suite 700)
COURSE OUTLINE:
Week 1 - Origins: Where have we come from?
Week 2 - Suffering: What is wrong with the world?
Week 3 - Justice: How can the world become a better place?
Week 4 - Hope: Is there any hope for the future?
Week 5 - Life: How should we live?
